Healing, Acceptance, Growth

Relationships have the potential to heal. Psychotherapy seeks to fulfill that potential.

Psychotherapy creates an atmosphere of connection and collaboration, in order that difficult experiences or emotions can be safely shared, acknowledged and integrated. The therapeutic connection becomes the safe container in which this happens for you. This emotional integration enables change and growth to happen.

You are your own expert, so I take a non-directive approach, intended to acknowledge, respect and enable your authentic self to emerge. In this space, you can begin to move beyond the roles or narratives you’ve carried — and toward greater acceptance and self-understanding. I hope to join you in that journey.

I work with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, depression, sexual abuse, and the effects of adverse childhood experiences.

I hold a degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and am accredited with the IACP
